Lu leads the implementation of China Program and related projects of Clean Air Asia in China. She holds BA in International Law, MA and PhD in Environmental Law from the Wuhan University, China and conducted her PhD research in the University of Leuven, Belgium. She is specialized in policy and regulation analysis of environmental issues, and has worked as project manager and coordinator with UNEP in Thailand and leading environmental consulting firms in China.
Wei is responsible for the management and implementation of the air quality management and transport projects in China, and supports the implementation of China components of related programs in our Manila and Delhi offices. She holds a PhD degree in Environmental Science from the Peking University and a member of the East Asian Association of Environmental and Resource Economics (EAAERE).
Zhang Weihao supports the implementation of programs and projects of Clean Air Asia in China. Before he joined Clean Air Asia, he worked for China Alliance for Clean Stoves, responsible for the implementation of international projects associated with biomass energy and climate change. He holds a Master’s Degree of Environmental Science and Engineering and Bachelor’s Degree of Environmental Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
Si Wang supports the implementation of programs and projects of Clean Air Asia in China. She has a master’s degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from the University of Science and Technology, Beijing.
Huihui is responsible for the management and implementation of the transport program in China and supports the implementation of the transport program of Clean Air Asia in other Asian countries. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University-Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies with a Master’s degree in International Relations focusing on Energy, Resources, and Environment. She also holds a B.A. in International Politics from Tianjin Foreign Studies University.
XIA Dongfei is responsible for the management and implementation of projects related to ports and vessels in China and supports the implementation of projects related to ports and vessels of Clean Air Asia in other Asian countries. XIA Dongfei has a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University and has over 5 years of consulting experience in energy and environment field of transportation and construction industries.
Yue has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Renmin University of China and a master’s degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University. Her main area of study was air quality from mobile sources and modeling the impact of transportation on air pollutants.
Zheng Ran is Transport Researcher in China office. Zheng Ran supports the implementation of the transport program of Clean Air Asia in China. Zheng Ran holds a master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Nankai University and a bachelor's degree in Water Supply and Drainage Engineering from Tianjin Chengjian University.
Qiuxia Wang holds a BA in International Journalism and Communication from Beijing Foreign Studies University and an MBA in social enterprise management from Peking University. She has rich experience with Chinese NGOs in environmental protection campaigns in China.
Qiuyi has a bachelor’s degree in International Politics from Sun Yat-sen University and a master’s degree in International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego. She has interned at several international and domestic environmental NGOs, including the Wildlife Conservation Society, the Global Environmental Institute, and China Blue.
Mingming is the Senior Communications Officer at Clean Air Asia’s China office. Her main responsibilities are to implement the communications strategy, and support campaigns of Clean Air Asia China office. She has a master’s degree in Economics from China Agricultural University.
Hongchao is the Communications Officer in CAA China office. Hongchao has vast experience in CSR projects, charity event planning, and new media communications. After graduating from her Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Hongchao joined CCiA (Beijing) Management Consultation Co., Ltd as an Assistant Consultant where she was in charge of project communication and we-chat platform operation.
Wenqi Lu is Clean Air Asia’s NGO Coordinator. Wenqi supports the implementation of projects related to the work with local NGOs in China. Wenqi studied archaeology at Peking University from 2014 to 2020 and started working in the field of environmental protection in 2020. She enjoys working with NGO partners on solving environmental issues.
Danmei has years of experience working for multinational companies, including HSBC, GE Capital, Siemens and BEA, with specializations in human resources and finance, and has worked with a start-up company. She has a master’s degrees from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Tsinghua University.
