Partnership for Clean Air

The Partnership for Clean Air (PCA) is a multi-sector network in the Philippines with organizational members from government, civil society, academic institutions and private sector. PCA’s mission is to promote air quality management as a multi-stakeholder effort in the Philippines. PCA facilitates air quality activities of members and stakeholders. It was launched in June 2001 and incorporated as a non-stock, non-profit corporation in November 2003.


PCA facilitates the active participation of all sectors of society in the planning and implementation of activities that aim to promote better air quality management in the Philippines; it will support the setting of the national policy agenda for clean air in the next 10 years;

PCA undertakes capacity building activities for its members by organizing and disseminating opportunities for, and/or facilitating their participation in air quality trainings and workshops;

PCA partners with government and other sectors in the implementation and enforcement of air quality and transport policies.

PCA is Clean Air Asia’s Country Network in the Philippines which is part of the Clean Air Asia Partnership. Cities, national government agencies, academic institutions, non-government organizations, private sector companies and development agencies can apply for free membership to the Clean Air Asia Partnership.
