Open burning can be a significant source of air pollution. This case study focuses on the impacts, monitoring, and actions on open burning in Viet Nam, providing insights on the need for action in the cosideration of local context, challenges, and successful implementation of solutions. The report was developed as an outcome of the Clean Air Solutions Webinar on Asia on Fire Status, Impacts, and Solutions in March 2020.
