Around 15 youth participants joined a poster-making contest with the theme: “Paglilinis ng hangin, pagtulungan natin; Ngayon at para sa susunod na henerasyon” (Let us clean our air together; Today and for our future generation), hosted by Clean Air Asia — in partnership with 3M and Barangay 128, Tondo, Manila in April.
Six winners were: Jaius Emmanuel Cabales (1st place); Jhon Andrew C. Villamor (2nd place); Marco Gidayawan (3rd place); Bernard Joseph Docena (4th place); Mary Ann Gastador (5th place); and Analyn Galicia (6th place).
Everyone plays a key role in mitigating the health risks caused by air pollution, and the youth is no exception. Only with cleaner air can we achieve a healthier planet.
