Emission Impact Assessment of Harbin Bus Priority Corridor

The World Bank prepared a “Cold Weather Smart Public Transportation System” project in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, China (hereinafter referred to as “Harbin project”). Considering the severe air pollution situation in China, the World Bank has put together a team of experts to incorporate air quality management into the Harbin Project, and thus Clean Air Asia is commissioned by the World Bank to apply the Transport Emissions Evaluation Models for Projects (TEEMP) tool to assess potential reductions in air pollutants and CO2 emissions of the bus priority corridor component of the Harbin Project.
